It is modelling tectonic plates cause when they collide they form montally and they also create earthquakes by this.

In the experiment plates that separate i found out how  the mid ocean spreading of tectonic plates. I also found out how mid ocean ridges spreading relates to earthquakes and formation of new rocks.

What pretty much happend was with the heat  the water started rotating and rising up and moved in a circle motion and when after when we used the ice the colour dye just droped straight down and didnt move in the in any direction it rose up
